In Sunday's this game opposite the Rams, the swinging receiver ended the season's personal 2 pass and his own career when he found Running back David Johnson on a wheeled route for a 32-yard bill. The touchdown pass was the first in Fitzgerald's 15-year career, and it made him the oldest wide receiver to ever throw a touchdown, according to a FOX broadcast.
