Apple is launching a fresh program designed to address the difficulty of the lack of ladies in the technology branch in leadership positions and in the field of computer programming. The ladies filled only 23 percent of jobs in 2017, according to the firm's latest breakdown. This is only a small improvement compared to 20 percent in 2014, ignoring the firm's commitment to diversify its workforce. The idea of the fresh camp is to attract ladies and put them in this area, said Esther hare, senior marketing Director of the universal creators of Apple. Apple's training camp is a "tremendous step forward," said Lorraine Hariton, CEO of Catalyst, a group that fights for equal rights for women workers. Google is still inviting research for young women and ladies pursuing careers in technology, but its program has not yet done much to diversify the workforce.
