The risk of alcohol dependence (BA) is inherited, but not enough to think about his difficult polygenic architecture or its genetic Association with other disorders. Genome-wide data on 14,904 individuals with BP and 37,944 controls from 28 cases-control and home studies meta-analysis stratified by genetic pedigree.
