Very beautiful light and lasers illuminated the galactic needle on the first day of the week in the evening, when a giant mass gathered in the center of Seattle, in order to call in 2019.

Fresh musical dance show, which lasted within 30 min., was added in this year, in order to assist the ring in the new year before the fireworks at midnight.

"In the meantime, all is well," said once the man KOMO News in the direction of the first few minutes of light show.

"Oh, I guess that's actually cool. This is our 1st one here, " another person added.

Officers in uniform and civil carried out the bypass in downtown Seattle, when 10 thousand people have taken their own space for a tremendous show.

"I'm ready for the New year," said Katie Hanchinamani of Edmonds.

It was a year filled with UPS and downs.

"Fresh things, fresh emotions, fresh adventures and a farewell to all, exactly what happened in this year," said Kera Christy from Puyallup. 

- I'm ready to leave it at that-that Elizabeth Williams is from Bellingham.

Some, like Williams, picked up trinkets and surrounded themselves with family for the festivities.

It's time to celebrate, think and look ahead, in fact that will deliver a Fresh year.

"I set a lot of goals for myself, in fact, that I intend to keep this time," said Kristen Cearson Puyallap.

"Elementary with Fresh year!- cried 1 lady. "Elementary to enjoy. There is a hope for this year."
