ZURICH (Reuters) - Swiss eyecare company Alcon created its debut on the SIX Swiss Exchange on Tuesday with a market capitalization of over $25 billion when a stockholder byproduct from drugmaker Novartis, the Alpine nation's biggest stock deal in an exceedingly decade.

Alcon shares listed at fifty seven.80 Swiss francs at 0800 GMT when gap at fifty five Swiss francs per share, reaching a market cap of some twenty eight billion Swiss francs (21.46 billion pounds).

Novartis shares, that closed on Tuesday at ninety five francs, fell to 85.50 francs. Investors got one Alcon share for every 5 Novartis shares they command.
